Mrs. Julia Michaud, aged 92 years, passed away on Thursday morning. She was born in Montreal, Canada, September 29th, 1833. She made her home there until she was married to Moses Dubey.
To this union four children were born. The family moved to Brainerd forty years ago, and have lived in this city ever since. Her husband and two children preceded her in death, the children being Mrs. Lesa Auclaire and Carl Dubey. The living are George Dubey, of Kinney, Minn., Mrs. Mary Demars, of Fort City, Canada, and a number of grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Mrs. Dubey married again to William Michaud, who survives her. She also has a brother, Peter Parmintier [sic], of Brainerd and a brother Alex, in Eau Claire, Wisconsin.
