16 Service Flying School's Avro Anson RCAF (#8266) training aircraft, with an aircrew of three which included the pilot and two student pilots [under training], took off from RCAF Hagersville, Ontario, for a pilot training flight. Tragically, 8266 crashed near Guelph, Ontario, taking the lives of the entire crew.
