FRANK SEIGEL EARNEST

Earnest, Frank Seiget, 81, retired oil operation of 220 University avenue, died Sunday at the King Nursing Home, 904 North Broadway, after a long illness. A native of Peoria, Ill., he was a son of the late John and Rhoda Galbreath Earnest. He had been a resident of Lexington since 1911, coming here from Clay City. He received his education in the schools of Peoria.

Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Nora Mapel Earnest; two daughters, Mrs. Sam H. Roberts and Miss Ruth M. Earnest; two sons, S. F. Earnest and Mark L. Earnest, all of Lexington; a sister, Mrs. B. M. Davison, Boston, Mass., and a granddaughter, Ruth Ann Earnest, Lexington.

The body was removed to the W. R. Milward Mortuary Chapel, where services will be held at 11 o’clock Wednesday morning. Mr. Lowry Kohler will read the Christian Science service. Interment will take place in Hillcrest Memorial park. (Leader 10/11/1943)
