SURRY - Thelma Josephine Aycock Cooper, 67, a native of Mirco, N.C., died Wednesday, Feb. 10.
Mrs. Cooper was a retired meat merchandiser for Ekridge & Co., in South Bend, Ind. She was a member of the Order of Eastern Star in Claremont and Surry Baptist Church.
Survived by her husband, Fenner J. Cooper; a son, Harris A. Kimball of Mount Vernon, Wash.; two sisters, Alma Lyons of Richmond and Margie Cooper of Norfolk; and a grandson.
Visitation from 7 to 8:30 tonight at Purviance Funeral Home, Wakefield. Funeral 11 a.m. Saturday at Surry Baptist Church by the Rev. Paul R. Harfst. Burial in Oakwood Cemetery.
