Funeral for Johnnie B. Nixon, 58, Tulsa, Oklahoma, was held Tuesday afternoon, August 4, at Beshear Funeral Home.
Burial was in Crossroads Cemetery, Caldwell County.
Nixon died Saturday, August 1, in Tulsa.
He was born March 27, 1929, at Ilsley, son of the late Pearl Nixon and Robert Nixon.
Survivors besides his father include five sons, Raymond Nixon, Hopkinsville; Robert Nixon, and Steven Nixon, both of Tulsa, Alfred Nixon, 29 Palms, California, and James Nixon, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; one daughter, Lou Job Nixon, El Toro, California; two sisters, Rachael Johnson and Fleda Bozell, both of Hopkinsville; a brother, Claiborne Nixon, Hopkinsville; and step-mother, Esmer Nixon, Ilsley.
