Genie Townsend Ryland Mabou, one-hundred-four years old, passed away on April 23, 1995 in Rapides General Hospital.
She was native of Dubach, a resident of Alexandria, and a member of Central Baptist Church in Rigolette.
She is survived by three sons, Carl Ryland, Tilmon Ryland, and John L. O. Ryland; five daughters, Gencie Gunnels, Stella Garland, Louella Savage, Etta Savage, and Katherine McCormick; forty grandchildren, five step-grandchildren and a host of great- and great-great-grandchildren.
