Mr. Proctor was born in Union august 24, 1881, a son of D. A. and Julia Van Valkenburg Proctor. His wife, Mrs. Sarah Wright Proctor, died 13 years ago.
For 22 years Mrs. Proctor operated a hydroelectric plant connected with the Murray city power system. He was a member of the LDS church.
Surviving are two brothers, Ira and Melvin Proctor of Union and a sister, Mrs. Ruby Woodhouse of Union.
Burial will be in the Murray City Cemetery.
