Death of Mrs. Brown
Mrs. Sarah Brown, mother of Mrs. Adhemar Brady, of Titusville, died at her home on Hopkins street, at 3 o'clock a.m. yesterday morning, aged 82 years. Deceased, who was born in England, had been in poor health for some time past and notwithstanding Mrs. Brown received every care possible, she passed away peacefully yesterday.
The funeral service was held in the Baptist church, there being a large number of deceased's friends present. About 4 o'clock the funeral started for the Titusville Cemetery, where the body was laid to rest, the Rev. Wm. Stones, assisted by the Rev. W. F. Allen, conducting the burial service.
The coffin was covered with beautiful wreaths of flowers, and a large number of Titusville's residents followed the remains of this estimable lady to the grave.
The relatives have the heartfelt sympathy of their many friends in their sad loss.
