Funeral service for Anita Lea Wade of Ada, OK will be 2:00 pm Friday, September 28, 2012 at Smith-Phillips Funeral Home in Ada, OK. Interment will follow at Seeley Cemetery in Connerville, OK. Officiating will be Rev. Randy Wade and assisting will be Rev. Allen Beck. Wake service will be Thursday, September 27, 2012 from 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm at the funeral home.
Ms. Wade passed away Sunday, September 23, 2012 at her residence in Ada, OK at the age of 59. She was born June 19, 1953 in Talihina, OK to Jimmy Wade and Catherine Wisdom.
Ms. Wade moved to Ada from Wilburton, OK in 2007. She attended the Refuge Church and had worked as a waitress for numerous years. She enjoyed crocheting, gardening, and making faces.
Ms. Wade is survived by two sons, Terry Lee Fox and his wife Miki of Ardmore, OK and Tony Hulbutta and his wife Nellie of California; one daughter, Sherry Lea Acker and her husband Robert of Shawnee, OK; her mother, Catherine Pendergraft of Mill Creek, OK; two brothers, Randy Wade and his wife Nancy of Ravia, OK and Steve Bell of Mill Creek, OK; one sister, Paula Factor of Ada, OK; ten grandchildren; and one great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her father, Jimmy Wade.
Bearers: Tommy Bacon, Dustin Johnson, Paul Beach, Gerald Wisdom, James Hotema, and Matt Wade.
