Frederick A. Palmer was the son of Joseph Boone Palmer and Harriet Latimer Palmer.

He married Berniece Ethel Elliott 24/Jan/1909.

They were the parents of six children:

FRED PALMER HARTVILLE -- Fred Palmer, 90, Hartville, died at 12:48 p.m. Friday in his home after an apparent heart attack. A retired merchant, Mr. Palmer worked 60 years in Hartville. Survivor include one son, Morris, Mountain Grove; two daughters, Miss Thelma Palmer, of the home and Mrs. Maxine Pollack, Hartville, five grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, three great-great-grandchildren. Wood of Hartville will announce arrangements.
