Ivey R. Knauff
Mrs. Ivey R. KNAUFF, 91, died at 10:40 p.m. Monday at the home of a daughter, Mrs. Otto CARRELL, Macy. She had been ill five weeks.
Born Aug. 12, 1859, near Deedsville, she lived in the Macy and Deedsville communities her entire life.
She [Ivey R. DEEDS] was the daughter of George and Leah YODER DEEDS and was
married to Conrad KNAUFF Oct. 8, 1878. He preceded her in death in 1930.
A member of the Macy Christian church, and the Deedsville Rebekah Lodge, she is survived by: A son, Truman [KNAUFF], Route 1, Rochester; Mrs. CARRELL, Macy; ten grandchildren; twenty-one great grandchildren; seven great-great-grandchildren, and a sister, Mary COVER, of near Macy. One daughter preceded her in death.
The body was taken to the Ditmire funeral home, Fulton, where friends may call until Thursday noon.
Services will be held at the Macy Christian church at 1 p.m. Thursday. The Rev. David ROGERS will officiate and burial will be in the Greenlawn cemetery, Mexico.
