\George Rainwater, Once Noted Stage Driver, Dies Suddenly
Special to The News.
Eureka Springs, Ark., May 29. - George Rainwater, 67, was found dead in bed by his wife Sunday morning. Two months ago he was badly injured about the head in a runaway and although he had apparently fully recovered and was about town Saturday evening, death may have resulted from injuries received. Prior to railroad days, Mr. Rainwater was a noted stage driver in this part of the Ozarks and was well known to all who had occasion to visit the land office at Harrison.
