Annie Seavey, sixth of ten children, born in Jonesport, Maine to Robert Lyman and Maria Augusta (Alley) Seavey. On 25 Jan 1917 Annie married Joseph Muise. Annie and Joseph raised their six children at Lighthouses along the rugged Maine Coast. One baby, just wouldn't wait for the launch to get Annie to the Mainland and the baby was born two miles from shore. The family shared much happiness but also tragedy when their eldest son was drowned at the Baker Island Lighthouse.
