Survivors included her husband, Robert Oliver, a District of Columbia lobbyist and former co-legislative director of the AFL-CIO; three sons: R. Spencer Oliver of Bethesda, Maryland; Garry M. Oliver of Nags Head, North Carolina and Bruce L. Oliver of Los Angeles, California; one daughter, Teel Rhett of Princeton, New Jersey; five grandchildren; one brother and three sisters.
