Italian Royalty. Duchess of Florence and Siena. Daughter of Spanish viceroy of Naples and Sicily, Don Perdro Of Toledo. She was a powerful and influential woman who, contributed profoundly to the cultural flowering of ducal Florence. She was spouse of grand duke Cosimo I De Medici. She would have several children, some of them would be the heir to the Duchy, Francesco I De Medici, and his younger brother, Ferdinand.
