Mr. Doll formerly lived in Granville, N.Y., where he was warden of Trinity
Episcopal Church, past master of Granville Lodge of Masons and a former member of the board of educa-tion.
He is survived by his wife, the former Eva Barns; two sons, Everett of Somers and Walter Jr. of Manchester two sisters, Mrs. Bertha Prendergast of Providence, R.I., and Mrs. Hilda Baron of St. Petersburgh, Fla. Burial will be in Riverbend Cemetery, Westerly, R. I.
Somers iuneral home is in charge of local arrangements.
