Mary C. Nichol, age 97 of Deckerville, passed away January 24, 2022, at the home of her daughter in Zephyrhills, Florida.
She was born December 29, 1924, to the late Noah and Mary (Turk) Moore.
She grew up in the Deckerville area and attended Deckerville High School.
She married James L. Nichol January 9, 1942, in Deckerville. He preceded her in death on February 12, 2012.
She enjoyed Sewing, Playing cards, and Puzzles. She was a member of the McGregor Methodist Church.
She is survived by one son Robert Nichol of Florida; 2 daughters, Bernice (William) Zerbst of Livonia and Susanne (Michael) Fox of Florida; 12 Grandchildren , 19 Great Grandchildren , 4 Great Great Grandchildren.
She is proceeded in death by daughter, Diana MacDavid, and son Doyle Nichol.
Funeral services to honor the life of Mary C. Nichol will be held 2:00 PM Sunday January 30, 2022.
Visitation will be held Saturday January 29, 2022, from 3pm till 8pm and 1:00 PM Sunday until the time of services at the Apsey Funeral home in Deckerville.
Memorials may be given to the McGregor Methodist church, or the Gulfside Hospice.
