KING, MRS. RUBY A. 74, of Brookside passed away Thursday September 20, 2012 at her residence. She was a member of Republic Baptist Church. Funeral services will be Sunday September 23, 2012 at 2:30 pm in the New Horizon Memorial Chapel. Burial will follow in Bivens Chapel Cemetery. Rev. Guy Moore will officiate. Visitation will be Saturday 6-8 pm at the funeral home. She was preceded in death by her husband, Luther King; daughter, Susan King Stepp; Mother Kathleen Manning Alexander, sister Jewelean Sharpe and brothers Ted and Lonnie Alexander. Her survivors children, David King (Becky), Ricky King (Susan) Cindy (Don) Malone, Larry (Paula) King and brother Donald Alexander. Also numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
