Magdalene Bishop of Augusta peacefully entered into Heaven's gates on September 20, 2012, at the age of 74, from complications of COPD. Born October 14, 1937, in Hemingway, SC, she was the eldest daughter of the late Carl Hutson Cribb & Eunice Mae Wall Cribb.

Preceded in death by sisters, Betty Jane (Ernie) Cain and Sara Ellen Stone Hardin.
Sharp as a tack till the day she died, she could calculate faster in her head than most folks could with a calculator. She had tons of family ancestry information in her head. Mag loved her laptop games, reading the newest book on her kindle, and listening to the Gaithers and Bluegrass Music. Sewing became part of her life creating quilts and crocheting was her past time. She loved her pictures & had absolutely tons of them. Put her on a pontoon boat & she was thrilled. Catfish, she couldn't eat enough. We love you Momma and will always miss you.
