LARNED - Billie Marie Shearrer, 75, died Sept. 24, 2008.
She was born Jan. 10, 1933, in Sallisaw, Okla., the daughter of Bill and Elsie Davis Gatlin. A lifetime resident of Larned, she was a CNA for Hammond Holiday Home.
Survivors include: sons, Amos, Larned, Steve, Garden City; daughter, Roxie Shrode, Great Bend; sister, Carlis Burns, Lawrence; eight grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; and a great-great-grandchild. She was preceded in death by a son, Bobby Lee Youngblood, brothers, George and David Gatlin and a grandchild.
Memorial service will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at The Father's House, Larned. Cremation has taken place. Inurnment will be in Larned Cemetery. Memorials to the Billie Marie Shearrer Memorial Fund in care of Beckwith Mortuary, Larned.
