Medcalf on May 27, 1868 "by Wm. J. Franklin, Minister of the Gospel: according to Pacific County records; their children were Solomon and Henrietta; she died on January 17, 1875; (John Medcalf remarried and by his second wife had four more children, Jacob Leroy, Ida, Belle, and Ona).
