Hulda R. (Schuh) Stuhlmiller, 85, Fairfield, passed away on Friday, Nov. 15, 1996, in the Fairfield Good Samaritan Home.

She was born on Oct. 1, 1910, to Christian and Rosina (Rieter) Schuh at Ruff. She married Edward Stuhlmiller on Aug. 24, 1930, in Ruff.

Survivors include a son and daughter-in-law, Raymond and Johanna Stuhlmiller of Quincy; a daughter and son-in-law, Edna and Charles Watters of Seattle; seven grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; three sisters, Emma Carlson of Ephrata, Martha Clifford of Kirkland and Lydia Probst of Seattle; and many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Edward, in 1972; a daughter, Lois Nelson; a granddaughter, Cynthia Nelson; five brothers; and two sisters.

Private graveside services will be held at the Quincy Valley Cemetery.

Arrangements are by Scharbach's Columbia Funeral Chapel, Quincy.
