Daughter of Sylvanus Martin Cram, Sr. and Charity Rutter. Her birth record gives date of 23 May 1857, which differs from the 1858 birth year on her stone.

In 1860 she lived in Washington, Vermont, with parents and 3 siblings. Her father was a farmer.

In 1870 she lived in Washington with parents, 2 siblings, and her paternal grandmother. The 1870 census incorrectly lists her as "Julia V. Cram."

She married Flavious Frank Lombard about 1878. They had children:

. Frank Hilas Lombard (1878 - 1947)
+ sp: Jennie M. Reed
. George Hamblet Lombard (1879 - 1955)
+ sp: Helen Louise Peirce
. Guy Flavious Lombard (1881 - 1943)
+ sp: Byrdis May Safford
. Louis Howard Lombard (1884 - 1960)
+ sp: Jennie May Bonnette
. Perley Maxwell Lombard (1885 - 1962)
+ sp: Margaret Arnetta Henrietta
. Clinton Lombard (1887 - 1971)
+ sp: Marion St. Clair

In 1880 she lived in Swanzey, New Hampshire, with husband and 2 sons. Her husband was called a manufacturer and farmer.

In 1900 she lived in Swanzey with husband, 4 sons, and a boarder. Her husband was a drayman, a wagon driver.

In 1910 she lived in Keene, New Hampshire, with her unmarried son Louis, and her unmarried brother, Walter Cram. Her son worked in a chair factory. The 1910 census calls her "married," but her husband is not counted with her. [Her husband was counted in 1910 and 1920, living in Kansas.]

In 1920 she lived alone in Keene, next door to her son Louis and his wife. The census still lists her as married, but it appears that she and her husband lived apart since before 1910.

In 1930, widowed, she lived in Keene as a roomer in the home of Harry Tacy and wife.

In Aug 1934 she was admitted to Elliot Community Hospital, Keene, for treatment of kidney disease. She died there 4 weeks later.
