"William Dutton, 81, of 822 Chestnut Street, died Monday night in a Topeka hosptal. He was born March 31, 1855, in Buchanan County, Mo., and had made his home in Topeka 30 years. He was a member of the Third Christian Church.
He is survived by two daughters, Mrs. M.T. Watson and Mrs. Vineta Beach, both of Topeka; two sons, O.B. Dutton, New York City and Zell Dutton, Dayton, O.; a sister, Mrs. Alice Howard, Chanute, Ks., six grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be Thursday afternoon at 2 o'clock at the Wall-Diffenderfer Mortuary. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery." per his obit.
