Mrs. Adams was born Nov. 6, 1942, in the Mobry Community of White County, to Samuel E. and Bessie Cleo Howard Bryant.
She attended the Tennessee School for the Blind. I
Mrs. Adams was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, James Adams; brother, Robert Bryant; and sisters, Margaret Bryant and Winnie Ellen Bryant.
The family wishes to give a special thanks to the staff of NHC Healthcare of Sparta.
Funeral service will be 2 p.m., Sept. 16, 2012, at Hunter Funeral Home, with burial in Stringtown Cemetery.
