Mrs. Emma Bauer, the estimable wife of Joseph Bauer, of Posey township, died after one week's severe sickness, on August 18, aged about 21 years. She leaves a husband and three small children to mourn the loss of a kind and loving wife and mother. She was a daughter of John Hild by his first wife. The funeral took place August 20, at Lanesville, Father A.
