Our beloved mother, sister, frammy, gammy, nana and friend; Fern Evans Anderson, died on Sept. 27, 2001.
Born Feb. 18, 1913, in Mountain Home, Utah to Edward P. and Mae Hansen Evans. Married her sweetheart, Eric Anderson on May 17, 1947. He died May 13, 1984.
Raised and lived in Park City for 35 years. Member LDS Church, Southeast Lady Lions Club, the 49ers, and the Elks Club. Fern loved life, her family and friends.
Survived by children, Elaine and Carl Ball, San Jose, CA., Beverly and Max Woodward, Mesquite, NV., Jeri Openshaw, SLC; five grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren; and brothers, Stewart Evans, SLC, Ben Evans, Oakland, CA., and Teddy Evans, Concord, CA. Preceded in death by a daughter, Dorene; two infant sons; grandson, Jeff Ball; two sisters, and four brothers.
Services will be Tues. Oct. 2, 2001 at Larkin Sunset Lawn Mortuary, SLC. Interment, Park City Cemetery.
