PHILLIPINES, He MARRIED SHANNA LEE HAFEN,
JANUARY 1977, in the ST.GEORGE LDS TEMPLE.
They had 1 son TRAVIS JOE OLIPHANT.
JOSEPH worked as a MECHANIC in LAS VEGAS.
He is survived by WIFE and His son TRAVIS.

FUNERAL services will be 11 A.M.FRIDAY JUNE 3,
2011 at the LDS chapel in LAS VEGAS, NEVADA.
