Lance Leon Ford, age 23, passed away September 10, 2012, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. He was born July 2, 1989, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma to Alan Ford, Jr. and Terri Gentry.

Lance had lived in Guthrie and Oklahoma City most of his life. He attended the Harvest Church. He enjoyed hunting and fishing, loved the oil field and working on cars.

He married Kandee Schultz in November of 2009.

Survivors include his wife Kandee and son Hunter Ford of the home in Oklahoma City, daughter Payton Bagwell of Guthrie, father Alan Ford, Jr. and wife Beth of Guthrie, four brothers, Taylor Ford and Skylar Womack both of Guthrie, Christopher Postman of Calfornia, Alan Ford, III of Drumright and one sister Rachel Womack of Guthrie. He is also survived by his grandparents, Leona Beeler and husband Fred of Oklahoma City and Alan Ford, Sr. and wife Shirley of Guthrie, one nephew Avery Schultz, two nieces McKenna Ford and Paisley Ford all of Oklahoma City and numerous aunts, uncles and other family. He was preceded in death by his mother Terri, his grandparents and uncle Floyd Ford.

Services will be at 11:00 a.m., on Thursday, September 13, 2011, at the Hayes Funeral Home Chapel with Brother Gene Owen officiating. Burial will follow at Summit View Cemetery.
