FORT ATKINSON — Mrs. Jay Menzel, 62, died in Fort Atkinson Memorial Hospital this morning after a long illness. The former Margaret Eiden was born in Jefferson on Sept. 28, 1906 and married Jay Menzel in 1926. She was a member of the First Congregational United Church of Christ.
Surviving are her husband; daughter, Mrs. William Donkle, Fort Atkinson; her mother, Mrs. Stella Eiden, Milwaukee; brother, Joseph Eiden, Fort Atkinson; and two granddaughters.
Burial will be Saturday in Evergreen Cemetery.
