She worked for the Polk County Assessor's Office in Des Moines and retired in 1971. She was born again Oct. 14, 1994, and was a member of the Faith Baptist Church in Ottumwa.
Surviving are two daughters; Jean Cline of Ottumwa and Jeaninne Shipley of Cuba, N.M.; 12 grandchildren; 29 great-grandchildren and three great-great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; a son, William W. Taylor; Two sisters; four brothers; two grandsons; and one great-grandson.
Services will be at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday at the Calvary Baptist Church in Batavia, with the Revs. Tom and Tim Shipley officiating, Burial will be in Memorial Lawn Cemetery, Ottumwa.
Grandsons will service as pallbearers.
