Frank D. Flockerzi, 80, of Oil City RD 2, died at 1:20 pm Sunday in the Oil City Area Health Center. He was born in Coal Hill Nov. 7, 1904, son of Martin and Minnie Kapp Flockerzi.
He was a field man and a machine operator for United Natural Gas Co., now National Fuel Co., working there 41 years, retiring in 1969, and he was a farmer.
Surviving are five sisters, Mrs. Frank (Gladys) Mattson of Sharpsville, Ella Flockerzi, Mildred Flockerzi, Mrs. Albert (Grace) Perry, all of Oil City RD 2; one brother, Homer Flockerzi of Oil City; several nieces and nephews; great-nieces and great-nephews, and great-great nieces and great-great-nephews. Deceased are his parents and one brother, Glenn.
Services will be at the Morrison Funeral Home with Rev. Dennis Henley, pastor of Heckathorn United Methodist Church, officiating. Interment will follow in Heckathorn Cemetery.
