Walter Louis Ischy, 63, of Georgetown, passed away Saturday, February 9, 2002, at his home in Georgetown.
Walter was born in Georgetown on December 6, 1938, to John Elvin and Quilla Mae (Rhea) Ischy. He was married to his wife, Margie Thompson Ischy, for 38 years. Walter was a loving husband and father, and he made friends easily wherever he went.
He was preceded in death by his father, John Elvin Ischy.
He is survived by his wife Margie Ischy of Georgetown; son, Robert L. Ischy, of Georgetown; daughter, Ellen Walz, and husband, Tony, of Bloomington, Wisconsin; mother, Quilla Mae Ischy, of Georgetown; two brothers, Elvin Ischy and Nolan Ischy, of Georgetown; and grandchildren, Andrew and Amber Walz and Diamond Ischy.
Graveside services were held at the Berrys Creek Cemetery in Georgetown.
