Mrs. Margaret Irene Nelson, 80 years old, died at 5:30 o’clock Monday afternoon at the home of her son, Frederic B. Nelson, 58 Pennsylvania Avenue, after a long illness. Besides her son, she is survived by a sister, Mrs. Louise Bisbee of South New Berlin; four grandchildren, Robert M. Nelson of Binghamton, Helen I. Nelson and Clarence B. Nelson of Rochester and Harry R. Nelson of Fort Douglas, Utah and several nieces and nephews. She was an active member of the First Baptist Church for the past 50 years, a member of the Otseningo Chapter, O. E. S., the West Side Literary Club and for years a member of the board of managers of the Refuge. The body was removed to the Ernest H. Parsons funeral home, 86 Main Street. Funeral announcements will be made later.
