James J. Arrichiello, 97, died Saturday, Nov. 1, 1997 at the Manor Care Nursing Home in Naperville. He was born Dec. 6, 1899 in Italy.

Mr. Arrichiello was a truck driver until his retirement.

In addition to his wife Sadie; he is survived by his son, James (Mary Ann); and daughters Joan (Armand) Spadoni, and Joyce (Dominic) Imburgia; grandchildren, James (Laura), John (Lourdes), and Michael Arrichiello, Maria (Neal) Furlong, Christine (Jeff) Palmere, Annette (Frank) Spadoni, and Joseph (Sally), Daniel (Rima) and Dominic Imburgia; 10 great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be on Tuesday, Nov. 4 at 8:30 a.m. from Salerno-Galewood Chapels, 1857 N Harlem Ave., to a Mass of Christian burial at 9:30 a.m. at St. Cyprian Church in Chicago. Interment will be at Mount Carmel Cemetery. Visitation will be on Monday, Nov. 3 from 3 p.m. to 9 p.m. at Salerno's Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Leukemia Research Foundation.
