John W. Waxler: Duncan Falls has lost a prominent citizen in the death of John Waxler, aged 57, who succumbed to heart trouble Saturday. He is survived by his widow and two children, Edgar M., a student for the Lutheran ministry at Capital University, Columbus, and Miss May of the home, and the following brothers and sisters: Skelton, Calvin, and Charles Waxler, Mrs. Chester Elliot, Mrs. G. B. Davis and Miss Mahala Waxler, all of the Duncan Falls vicinity. He was a prominent member of the Duncan Falls M. E. church and of the Knights of Pythias. Burial in the Duncan Falls cemetery.
