PRICE - Funeral serives for Foster F Price, 73, 2439 Main Street, Westwood, who died Monday morning, will be conducted at 2:30pm Wednesday at the Lazear Funeral Home. The Rev. Clay Caudill will officiate and burial will be in the Dixon Cemetery. The body is at the home of a son, Gay Price, 2433 Main Street, Westwood and will be returned to the funeral home at 1pm Wednesday. Pallbearers will be Elmo Porter, Joe Porter, Oscar Tussey, Paul Slusher, Billy Joe Shelton, Hanzel Holmes and James Baker.

Lifelong Local Resident dies This Morning
Foster F Price, 73, retired Armco steelworker and lifetime local resident, died at 3:45 this morning at his residence 2439 Main Street, Westwood, after an illness of three weeks. He was born at Bellefonte, Greenup County, on July 1, 1882, a son of the late Mr. and Mrs. James F Price. An Armco employee for 25 years and a member of the Armco Veteran's Club, he retired in August 1947. The body will be removed from the Lazear Funeral Home at 10:30 am Tuesday to the residence of his son, Gay Price, 2433 Main Street, Westwood, where friends may call. Funeral arrangements are incomplete. Survivors include his wife, Laura R Price, three sons, Herman and Gay of Westwood and Russell of Ashland; three daughters, Mrs. William G. Bryson and Miss Amy Price of Cincinnati and Mrs. Paul Miller of Ashland; two sisters, Miss Anna Price of Westwood and Mrs. Emma Gallaher of Ashland and five grandchildren.
