Patricia Llyn Moore Bradford born May 5, 1950 most beloved mother, grandmother, sister, aunt & friend joined her parents & grandson Sep 12, 2012.

Mom knew many years of hardship and illness she fought a good fight, she finished her course, she kept the faith. Her body was tired and is now at rest and her spirit free to soar with the angels in heaven.

Mom was "our rock", she was kind, loving, selfless, honest, a good listener, she loved her visits with neighbors in the front yard. She loved the season changes; she loved her children and was proud of her grandchildren. Mom graduated from West High School class of '68. Mom was a member of the L.D.S. church and served in many callings. She was endowed in the Jordan River Temple and was proud of that. Mom you are loved and will be missed. Thank you for your example and unconditional love. Your grandkids love and miss you.

Mom is survived by her 3 children Jason (Jana) Bradford, Desiree (Tim) Abelhouzen, Michelle (Marty) Beckett. 7 grandkids: Tristan, Andrew, Shyanne, Oakley, Logan, Tayleigh & Jonah; sisters Sylvia McManus and Gloria Moore. Mom is preceded in death by her parents Frank & Violet Moore and grandson Jonah "Tis not the end; we're here preparing—faithfully return…Until we meet again."

Services will be held Monday September 17th at 11:00a.m. at the Redwood Memorial Estates Chapel, 6500 S Redwood Rd. West Jordan, Utah.

Viewing will be held Sunday 6-8pm and 1 hour prior to the services. Interment will follow the services at Redwood Memorial Park, West Jordan, Utah.
