According to the obituary of Lewis Daniel Conner, the following "invited guests" were, previous to his death, interred in the crypt he had constructed:
Mrs. Cora Drake Alpers, niece
Rev. Wallace "Cutting", a Methodist pastor
Charles and Fannie "Gerton", friends
No marker of any kind is present in the plot for niece, Cora Drake Alpers. According to the Nevada County Death Index, Cora died October 2, 1927.
The raised cement marker engraved, W. C. is that of Rev. Wallace Cutter (name was misspelled "Cutting" in Lewis Conner's obituary, no entry for any Cutting with a first name beginning with W. was found in Nevada County Death Index, but a Wallace Cutter was found who died prior to Lewis Daniel Conner. Wallace Cutter's obituary shows he was a Methodist minister, who was interred in Elm Ridge Cemetery)
Charles and Fannie Girton (surname spelled "Gerton" in Lewis Conner's obit.) appear on the tablet connected to Lewis Conner's genealogy tablet.
