Raymond was a much loved husband, father, and grandfather. He married his forever love Darlene Byers in 1949 and had six children, 4 daughters and two sons, one son of which died in infancy. Raymond's only other son, Raymond is buried near him. He was, at the time of his untimely passing, survived by his wife Darlene (Byers) and their five children: son Raymond V. Elliott, daughters, Donna (Steve) Campbell, Pam (Patrick) Cloonan, Patty (Ward) Marr, Diane (Ed) Safford. Also survived by his sisters Helen (Howard) Kiger, Virginia (Ted) Hansen, Viola (Fred) Baker, and his brother Eugene Elliott, as well as many grandchildren and nephews and nieces.
