Mikado: Young Woman Dies in Caesarian Operation
Mrs. Marshall McGuire died Friday evening at the home of her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Bert Adams of Harrisville township. Mrs. McGuire died the day following a caesarian operation, performed at the Adams home in an effort to save her life. The infant was born dead.
Elsie Verda Adams was born December 19, 1908 in Harrisville township. She was a student at the Harrisville high school up to a short time before her marriage on Dec. 29, 1926.
Funeral services were held Monday from the Baptist church in Mikado, with Elder E. N. Burt of Onaway and M. A. Summerfield of Tawas, L. D. S., in charge.
