George Appleton died Wednesday afternoon at the Highland Hospital.
He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Mary Appleton; one son, Raymond; two daughters, Miss Edith Appleton of Ionia, N. Y. and Mrs. H. J. Sheehan of Cuba, N. Y.; one brother, Jay Appleton; seven grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
The body was removed to the family home, Ionia, N. Y. from where the funeral will be held Saturday morning at 8:15 o'clock and at 9 o'clock at St. Bridget's Church, East Bloomfield.
Interment at East Bloomfield.
