The remains of Mrs. Anna M. Slayback was brought here Monday morning and laid to rest in Machpelah cemetery. Mrs. Slayback died at St. Louis, 3 April, at the age of 77 years and 3 months. The funeral services were held on Sunday at the Central Presbyterian church, corner of Garrison and Lucas avenue in that city. Mrs. Slayback was a former well known and most highly esteemed resident of this city and her death is sincerely mourned by her many friends here. She was the mother of Mr. Chas E Slayback and Mrs. Y. H. Bond and was loved for her many estimable qualities. She was noted for her benevolent disposition and her interest in Christian work.
