Marie E. (Blevins) Booth departed this life to be with the Lord on December 18, 2009 after a declining health for several years.

She was born in Akron, Ohio on August 23, 1926 and lived most of her adult life in the Seville and Wadsworth areas.

She was a member of the Freshwater Community Church in Wadsworth. She retired in 1991 as a cashier from Ben Franklin and Ritzman Pharmacy with more than 20 years of service. She was also a quilting instructor for four years. Her family was the joy of her life. She enjoyed homemaking, cooking, baking, quilting, reading, and entertaining friends in her home.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Cloyd and Veachel Ferrell; brother, Jerry Ferrell; niece, Kimberly Ferrell; and former husband, James Blevins. Survivors include, devoted husband, Richard Booth; sons, Richard (Martha) Blevins of Greensburg, Pa. and Mark Blevins of Wadsworth; stepson, Karl (Debbie) Booth of Wadsworth; stepdaughter, Karen (Jack) Spalding of Easley, South Carolina; grandchildren, Douglas (Jennifer), Michael (Chris), Tilly, and Doris Blevins, Erin (Mark) Lipley, and Scott and Nicholas Booth; great-grandchildren, Blaze and Morgan; sister, Opal (Laran) Codding of Cortez, Colo.; brother, Mike Ferrell of Seville, Ohio; sister-in-law, Julie Ferrell of W. Salem, Ohio.
