Ruth P. Oliver Wiltsie, 82, died Sunday, December 7, 2003 at her residence. Ruth was born in Clendenin, W.V. on May 9, 1921. She has lived in South Bethlehem and the Ravena area since 1938. Ruth retired in 1984 after 16 years of service with Star Super Market of Ravena. She was a member of the South Bethlehem United Methodist Church. Ruth was the wife of the late Franklin (Pat) Wiltsie. Survivors include her long time best friend, Audrey Banahan and her family of Selkirk; two sisters, Carrie Chaplin and Virginia Young of W.V.; and one brother, Willis Oliver of Md. There will be no calling hours. A graveside service will be held in the spring in Mt. Pleasant Cemetery, South Bethlehem. Those who wish may send contributions in memory of Ruth to the South Bethlehem United Methodist Church, 65 Willowbrook Ave., So. Bethlehem, NY 12160.
