============
Her obit:
After a lingering illness of several months duration, caused by infirmities, Mrs. Phoebe Eschman died at 1:30 o'clock Sunday afternoon at her home in Brushcreek Township. A sad feature connected with the death is the fact that one of her sons, Daniel, died only a few weeks ago after an illness of pneumonia.

Mrs. Eschman was 74 years of age and had lived in Brushcreek Township nearly all of her life. She attended the Zanesville market and had a stand in the Market House for 40 years, so she is well known here in Zanesville as in her home vicinity.

The deceased was a consistant member of the Lutheran Church, having affiliated with that denomination early in life. She was an earnest Church worker and her absence will be keenly felt among her associates.

The husband, Valentine Eschman, and nine children survive. The children are Mrs. William Maier, Mrs. Albert Zeimer, Mrs. Fred Stremmel, Mrs. F. A. Bohn, Mrs. William Maloy, and Harry Eschman of the home, Mrs. Robert
Williams of Youngstown, Mrs. William Kinney and Lulu Eschman of CA, USA.

The funeral will be held at 1 o'clock Wednesday afternoon at the Philo Lutheran Church and interment will be made at Duncan Falls Cemetery.
