Mrs. Verone Reichard, 71, of 45 S. Third Street, Hilbert, died unexpectedly Monday at Calumet Memorial Hospital in Chilton.
She was born January 8, 1911, in the town of Eaton, Daughter of Henry and Amanda Olm Draheim.
On August 26, 1933, she married Robert Reichard in Collins. He died in 1976. Mrs. Reichard was employed at Aluminum Specialty Co. in Chilton for many years.
She was a member of St. Peter Lutheran Church, Hilbert, and its Ladies' Aid.
Surviving are five daughters, Mrs. Herbert (Betty) Tepper of Madison, Mrs. Gordon (Bobbette) Pape of Fond du Lac; Mrs. Robert (Bonnie) Stoltzmann of Kewaskum, Mrs. Eugene (Beverly) Federwitz of R. 1, Chilton and Mrs. Dale (Barbara) Bargmann of Aurora, Colorado; 17 grandchildren; two great grandchildren; a sister, Mrs. Vincent Bast of Manitowoc; and a brother, Herman Draheim also of Manitowoc.
She was preceded in death by a son, a grandchild and two brothers.
Funeral services were held at St. Peter Lutheran Church. The Rev. Gene Kangas, pastor, officiated. Burial was in the church cemetery.
