Vanessa S. Rice-Payne, age 50, passed away suddenly Dec. 6, 2010 at Adventist Bolingbrook Hospital, late of Romeoville. A Lighting Specialist for Burr Ridge Lighting giving 20 years of service. Beloved wife of Douglas Payne; loving mother of Daniel R. Payne; dear sister of Jacqulyn (Darren) Timmons. She is preceded in death by her parents, Robert and Mary Rice. A memorial visitation will take place Sunday, Dec. 12, 2010 at the Anderson Memorial Chapel, 606 Townhall Dr. in Romeoville from 1 to 3 p.m. with a memorial service to begin at 2 p.m. Services conclude a the funeral home, cremation rites to be accorded.
