Abstract of Bio of her brother, Andrew J. Baker: Julia, who was born February 12, 1855, is the wife of Charles E. Stapleford, and they maintain their home in the state of Colorado. Mrs. Stapleford is a woman of fine intellectual and literary attainments and is the author of an interesting published volume entitled "Wahseeola," an Indian word that signifies "The Light of the Tribes at the Meeting Waters," and in 1916-17 she is engaged in the preparation for publication of another work entitled "Under the Yoke of Conscience," that is certain to find popular favor and enduring value.
