Mrs. Sarah A. Fenstermaker, 86, of Longswamp, Alburtis R. 1, died at her home yesterday afternoon at 3:55 p.m. Born in Washington Township, Berks County, she was a daughter of the late Martin and Catherine (Reitenauer) Smith. She was a resident of Longswamp for the last 60 years. She was a member of Longswamp Evangelical Lutheran Church. Surviving are three sons, Earl and Chester, at home, and Herman, Macungie R. 1; four daughters, Mrs. Mettie Krock, Breinigsville R. 1; Mrs. Grace Schaffer, Allentown; Miss Viola Fenstermaker, Allentown; and Elizabeth, wife of Melvin Barr, at home, and two sisters, Mrs. David Steele, Alburtis R. 1; and Miss Andora Smith, Birdsboro. She was preceded in death by her husband, Jacob R. Fenstermaker; two sons, Richard and Howard, and a daughter, Bertha.
